Call for Ideas & Innovation in Digital Diagnostics and Smart Sensors (closed)

The Call for Ideas & Innovation of InnoHealth USA closed on November 15, 2020. The call addressed the German health community in the fields of Digital Diagnostics and Smart Sensors.

Stay tuned until January - the winners of the call will be presented! 

10 tandems - consisting of one representative of the German research sector and one SME or start-up representative - will be selected from all applicants for the campaign and have the chance to present their idea or innovation in the USA.

Why you should apply

You will attend the one-week Matchmaking Tour, organized by the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, as well as other networking events. This will give you various opportunities to pitch your projects to suitable partners in the US and stakeholders from public funding programs in Germany.

The Call for Ideas & Innovation at a glance

  • Entry Candidates:
    Tandems, consisting of representatives from German research organizations, institutions or universities + representatives of SMEs or start-ups from industrial research in Germany who are developing application-oriented technologies and/or processes
  • Entry Topics:
    Digital Diagnostics: e.g. Image Recognition, Molecular Markers, Pathology
    Smart Sensors: e.g. Bioelectrodes, E-Textiles, Wearables
  • Entry Language: English
