Helmholtz Investigator Groups

In brief

Helmholtz Investigator Groups offer internationally outstanding postdoctoral researchers early independence and the opportunity to set up and lead their own research group under excellent

They work closely with a university partner and have the opportunity to gain teaching experience and the qualifications for a professorship. Investigator Groups
are funded in all research fields of the Helmholtz Association: energy, earth and environment, health, information, matter, and aeronautics, space and transport.
