PhD at Research in Germany

Do you offer PhD position at your organisation? Can you assess my application?

We don't conduct research at our organisation and cannot offer you a PhD position in our institution, therefore we are also not in the position to accept or reject any PhD application ourselves or be part of its assessment.

Our portal 'Research in Germany' is an initiative launched by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), which aims to provide general information on Germany's research landscape.

Nonetheless, we would like to provide you with some useful links which can help you to find a PhD position or a PhD programme:

- If you're interested in structured PhD programmes taught in English, take a look at the this database by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). It contains over 300 PhD Programmes. Most of them are held in English and have no tuition fees.

- You can also find open PhD positions at German universities in this database by the DAAD.
