APS March Meeting 2020 cancelled due to health concerns relating to the spread of COVID-19
With thousands of physicists from all around the world expected to travel to Denver this week, we were very sorry to hear about the cancellation of this year’s March Meeting of the American Physical Society.
Together with various research institutions and funding organisations, the initiative “Research in Germany” was looking forward to meeting many international physicists in order to explore ways of doing research in Germany together.
Now all that remains for us to say is that we wish everyone who already made their way to Denver a safe return home. Nevertheless, we hope we get the chance to see numerous international researchers at future meetings.
Until then, all information on the German research landscape is available to you here.
For more information and an official cancellation letter by the American Physical Society, please see: https://march.aps.org/about/coronavirus/
