“Research in Germany” at MRS 2022

From November 27 to December 2, the Materials Research Society’s Fall Meeting will take place in Boston’s Hynes Convention Center. To accommodate those who cannot travel to Boston, MRS will hold a virtual meeting from December 6 to 8.

The German Research Foundation (DFG) – together with its “Research in Germany” partner organizations German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Fraunhofer Society - will provide comprehensive information on the German research landscape in the field of materials research and on funding opportunities for researchers of all career levels.

Visit us November 29 – December 1, during exhibition hours at booth #1001 (Exhibit Hall, Hynes Convention Centre) and meet representatives of major German research institutions and research funding organizations to discuss your career options in Germany as well as opportunities for international collaboration.

Join us for an information event on “Funding and Career Opportunities“, Wednesday, November 30 2022, 10.30–11.30 am (The Hub Stage, Exhibit Hall D, Hynes Convention Center)

“Research in Germany” kindly invites researchers at an early stage of their scientific careers to get in touch with experts from the German materials research community and representatives of German funding organisations. We will be presenting examples of Germany’s materials research in all fields highlighting their international competitiveness and career and funding opportunities.
