In brief

The winners of this award are invited to Germany for a three-month research stay to turn their ideas and ambitions into reality.

Who can apply?

Non-German citizens or anyone not residing in Germany who

  • is currently enrolled in their final year of their Master’s degree or a PhD programme or has recently graduated
  • has a strong focus on and an interdisciplinary approach to sustainable development
  • is not older than 30 (time spent on childcare, etc. may be taken into account)

Type and extent of funding

Grant for a research stay.

Duration

Award winners will be invited to undertake a research stay of up to three months at a German institution of their choice. In addition, the Digital GreenTalents SummerSchool offers a week of workshops, field trips and personal mentoring.
