"Research in Germany" at the Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR)

This year´s AACR Annual Meeting 2017 will take place in Washington D.C., the city where the AACR was founded 110 years ago. At the conference, members of the German Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Fraunhofergesellschaft (FhG) and representatives of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) will appear jointly at the “Research in Germany” booth in the exhibition hall. They will be accompanied by representatives of outstanding German research institutions in the field of cancer research, who will inform and consult with visitors of the AACR Annual Meeting regarding research and career opportunities in Germany as well as options for collaboration.

Visit us at the following information and networking events at the „AACR Annual Meeting 2017:“

  • Information booth, April 2. – 5., 2017, during exhibition hours (Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Booth #956, exhibition hall)
    Meet representatives of central research funding institutions (DAAD, DFG), as well as the FhG and the DKFZ to discuss possible research and funding options in Germany as well as opportunities for international collaboration.

  • Meet the Scientist, April 4, 2017, 12:15pm – 1:15pm (Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Booth #956, exhibition floor)
