Description: The Heidelberg Forum for Young Life Scientists is an international, inter-institutional and interdisciplinary symposium organized by a group of PhD students from the research institutes in Heidelberg.The next Forum will take place at the DKFZ in Heidelberg, Germany on February 23rd and 24th 2012. Our exciting program will focus on four main aspects of novel biomedical and biological research topics, namely Cell Biology, Genomics and Epigenomics, Future Medicine as well as Bioethics. Beside lectures given by prominent keynote speakers and young group leaders, the 2012 conference two-day program will provide PhD students with the chance to give oral and poster presentations, which will be selected on the basis of the submitted abstracts. Furthermore, the program will include a number of workshops presenting cutting-edge research tools.
